So many people have woken up to the issues surrounding Single Use Plastic (SUP) due to the publicity surrounding programs like Blue Planet II and War on Plastic. Many people are looking for inspirations and ideas on how to reduce their own impact, as well as how to make a difference within their local communities – which is what led our leads to create a forum, to come together and share best practice, ideas and resources for a successful Plastic Free campaign – The result of which was the formation of Shropshire Against Pointless Plastic (SAPP) #PreventPointlessPlastic #ReduceSingleUse #Choose2Reuse.
We have leads from right across the county and links to both Shropshire Council and Telford & Wrekin council.
